Using our services

Please provide accurate information and use this website lawfully. A quote is an estimate until confirmed in writing by Kenya Yetu and the relevant supplier.

Bookings and payments

Availability, prices, deposits, cancellation rules and supplier conditions apply to each booking. Payment is confirmed only after the selected payment provider authorizes it. You are responsible for reviewing trip details before approval.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown for your booking and the supplier's policy. We will communicate options and applicable fees as promptly as possible.

Content and responsibility

We work to keep information accurate, but schedules, prices and availability can change. Kenya Yetu is not responsible for events outside reasonable control, including weather, government action or supplier disruption.
